Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@falvore.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Gift cards cannot be returned. Sale items can only be returned where required by applicable law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size, color, or design is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, unless an exception applies. The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
