Thank you for shopping with Falvore. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing and Production
Falvore products are made on demand. This means your T-shirt is produced after your order is placed.
Most orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times depend on your delivery location and the shipping method available at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production time, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your order.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@falvore.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order is delayed, please first check your tracking information. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at hello@falvore.com with your order number.
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier or cannot be delivered, we will help you find a suitable solution.
Split Shipments
Some items may be shipped separately, especially if they are produced or fulfilled from different locations. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@falvore.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and help resolve it.
